Our Couples or Duo Massage is a 60-minute Swedish Massage for two, given in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. This is a great way to introduce therapeutic massage to anyone who may be apprehensive about the process. This massage provides the perfect way to spend time with your parent as well as give them something that benefits their health. Purchasing a gift certificate for a Couples Massage for Mom and Dad to enjoy together makes a perfect gift for Mother's Day and Father's Day. For the months of May and June our Couples/Duo Massage is $10.00 off that makes it $85.00.

This is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

A Swedish massage helps to soothe and relax tired muscles and stimulates circulation. This type of massage is done with the client lying on a padded, heated table. A lubricant is used on the skin as the therapist uses long flowing strokes, deep kneading, surface friction, light tapping, and joint movement - 30-minute $30.00; 60-minute $45.00; 90-minute $65.00

This is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don’t get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Also known as Neuromuscular Therapy or Trigger Point Therapy. This massage is for fatigued muscles, muscle spasms due to over compensation and trauma, or general muscle soreness. 30-minutes $35.00; 60-minutes $50.00; 90-minutes $70.00

This is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body’s natural immune function.

This is a type of bodywork that uses deep penetrating heat and/or alternating cold from specialized stones. The physiological benefits of alternating hot and cold to the body have long been scientifically and medically proven.
Stone Therapy delivers a profound expansion and contraction inside your circulatory system, improving the function of your lymphatic and immune systems, and enhancing your body’s self-healing mechanisms. This style of bodywork takes you into deep states of relaxation, releasing stress and anxiety, detoxifying the body, and balancing your nervous system.

Smooth heated basalt lava stones are used as an extension of the hands to bring about relief to sore/stiff muscles and ease tension. A complete spa stone massage lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours for $65.00. Add stones to Swedish massage for an additional $10.00.

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing “trigger points” in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle tissue rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These ‘knots’ are built up throughout a person’s life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.

Geriatric Massage techniques adapted to accommodate the many health conditions that the geriatric population may experience. $25.00 for a 30-minute session only

On-site seated massage programs can be implemented at your jobsite. $1.00 per minute. Call for corporate rates.

15-Minute Seated Massage (On-Site) - A 15-minute massage given at the jobsite that uses no oil, and takes place with the client fully clothed. For 10 or more sessions $12.00 for 15 minutes, $8.00 for 10 minutes.

Pregnancy Massage shares many of the goals of a regular massage - to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But it's also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and therapists who are trained in pregnancy massage adjust their techniques accordingly. 30-minutes $25.00; 60-minutes $40.00

Sports Massage is a special form of massage typically used before, during, and after athletic events as well as between events. The purpose of this massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. Call for rates.

Therapist Sampler -- Every massage therapist has their own style of massage and knowledge base of massage techniques. This sampler gives you the opportunity to experience a massage from each of our therapists to help you to determine the style/technique that works best for you. Receive a 30-minute massage from each of our therapists Pam and Ben. Two 30-minute massages $50.00

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi: NEW! The word Lomi Lomi simply means massage. It is a unique healing massage derived from the ancient Polynesians and more specifically the master healers of Hawaii. It works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body and enabling the recipient to relax, give in and simply “be”. A massage may be slow and very relaxing or at times it may be a little faster and therefore more invigorating and enlivening to the body. It is given in fluid, rhythmic motion using the forearms as well as the hands. Some people have described this as feeling like gentle waves moving over the body. $45.00 for 60-minutes, $30.00 for 30-minutes – Must be scheduled with Pam Bender.
